Main specification

(1).Structure type: To keep the rotating balance of stranding drum, the machine frame adopts square type welding tube weld structure. In addition, to keep the rotating safety of large wire drum, The machine also design a safe protection-cover. No. of pay-off heads is 24 heads, are even placed on the two sides of wire drum, it has 12 heads on each side. The spare parts are fixed on the bottom of machine frame, be mainly composed of diaphragm cylinder, 2-position 3-way lectromagnetic valve, etc. And the spare parts are mainly used in the situation of production line stop and happened irregular issue.

(2). After Aramid pay-off, through a tension control unit including 2 pieces of multi-trough guide stick, and finally strand in the stranding unit position through assembled type guide-wheel and centeral ceramic guide-wheel.

(3). adjust the pay-off tension by adjust the gap .

(4).Drive can be supplied by one set of 3.7KW motor, and passed to main shaft by synchronous belt.
