Ⅲ. Feature of machine

This machine adopts Taiwan Technology to improve the design and manufacturing. The whole machine with cantilever type structure, adopts PLC Program+ Variable frequency adjustable-speed control+ pneumatic control, can set stranding pitch by PLC, with the advantageous design of not capstan wheel, clutch plate to ensure even tension of wire. To make the geometric structure stable after laying up, adopts single-twist laying up structure, and design the large diameter steering guide wheel to reduce bend and low loss, the cantilever laying up stranding activities, wire drum capstan take-up activities, to ensure the machine with good synchronism and stable stranding pitch by mechanical linkage and electrical control in condition of start up, normal run, slow stop, emergency stop. The whole machine has the feature of stable performance and simple operation to ensure that can produce good quality products.
