4.Metal tape (Steel-Aluminum tape) longitudinal forming device

4-1. Structure and features:

  1. Horizontal type, It will consist of Steel-Aluminum tape guiding institution, the pre-former model, the forming model, the Setting mode.

  3. Steel-Aluminum tape after this processingmake the steel or aluminum tape coat the core, make the overall dimension of the core come up to the extruding requirement

6.Φ800~1600mm portable cantilever type take up and traverse machine

6-1. Equipment Function

  1. Take-up part: The number of take-up rounds is lined with the traverse pitch.After stopping take-up, it can automatically self-lock, in case that the bobbin turns at certain angle because of inertia making the cable drag on the ground and causing unnecessary problem.
  2. Traverse part: It can automatically track take-up speed and center the traverse to achieve high speed and low speed take-up and traverse. The traverse pitch is set according to cable diameter.
  3. Lifting part: Right and left center can be lifted at the same time or separately. The lifting has limit protection.
  4. Clamping part: Adjustable beam has clamping and loosening function. The clamping part can self-lock when the rack is lifted to operating position.

  7. The machine adopts non-axis, separate motor control method. The take-up motor, using frequency conversion speed regulating device to control, is of excellent quality. Traverse is control by frequency conversion. The whole machine is managed by a S7-200PLC and a TD-400. TD-400 is used as a man-machine dialogue window to operate the take-up rack. The following can be set:

Cable diameter, take-up speed and the width of take-up bobbin.

  1. The main axis of take-up and traverse rack is connected with an encoder. When the main axis rotates, the encoder sends out pulse signals whose speed is lined with the revolution speed of the main axis. The encoder sends the signals to PLC. .
  2. The machine is managed by S7-200PLC with TD-400 text display, providing related signals.
